I've forgotten my password
No worries! Just click here and we'll email your password to you.
How do I change my account details?
You can change your password by clicking here (when logged in). To change any other account details, please send us an email with the amendments that you would like made.

My Campaign
Can I amend my order?
We will try if possible to accommodate any changes before broadcast. To do this please give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we will automatically send a VAT invoice to you by post at the end of each month that you are on-air.
I can't see the advertising package that I want - what can I do?
We have designed 4 advertising packages to get you up and running quickly. Our experts have designed these to have the optimum number of commercials broadcast at the best times across the week as the budget allows. If you'd like a package designed specially for your business, please give us a call or send us an email and our sales team will be happy to help you.
I can't see the radio station I want to book
RadioRunner currently covers all the Global radio stations in the Anglia Television reigon. We plan to add more radio stations at a later date.

My Commercials
Will I be able to hear my commercial before it goes to air?
Yes. We will send you an email when your commercial has been made. You can listen to your commercial for each order in the My Account section of this site (when logged in).
When will my commercial play on the radio?
We will email you the evening before your first commercial is due to be broadcast with the first scheduled broadcast time. You can also request a text alert - see below. This will be sent out the evening before your first broadcast.
How can I get a text alert?
When you register with us, simply enter your mobile phone number. You can then request a text alert whenever you place an order. If you've already registered and want to add your mobile number contact us.
What happens if I can't find a commercial I like?
Easy answer - we can make one for you! Simply choose the bespoke commercial option. Our Creative team will contact you within 2 working days to discuss ideas with you.
What happens if my business type isn't listed?
If your business type is not listed don't worry, we can create a bespoke commercial for you.
Can I re-use a commercial I've used before on RadioRunner?
Yes, provided they are still in the license period - your available commercials will show in 'My Library'. If the license has expired on them, you can extend it with a small fee. If you can't find your commercial on RadioRunner, give us a call or send us an email.
Can I use a commercial I've had produced elsewhere?
RadioRunner can only accept 30 second commercials made by Global Radio.
